Techniques de mesure hyperfréquences large bande appliquées aux matériaux hétérogènes solides

Abstract

The aim of this work is the measurement techniques of the electrical permittivity. First we have studied the non resonant method by using the Time Domain Spectroscopy TDS. Secondly, we determine the permittivity from the measurement of the resonant frequency and the quality factor of a resonant cavity. After we used a waveguide for determining the dielectric permittivity. Finally we describe the laws of mixtures.
