| dc.description | المقدمة: يعمل الصيادلة السريريين المتخصصين في علم الأو ارم بتعاون وثيق مع أطباء الأو ارم. يتم تدريب الصيادلة بشكل أساسي من خلال التدريب النظري والعملي للطلاب؛ كان الهدف من عملنا هو تقييم تدريب الأطباء المتدربين في مجال صيدلة الأورام. المواد والطريقة: هي عبارة عن دراسة استقصائية باستخدام استبيان عبر الإنترنت شملت 111طالًبا في الصيدلة. النتائج: تكَّون السكان من %5..8من النساء، تتراوح أعمارهم بين 08-01عاًما ( ،)%1..1من كلية سطيف ( ،)%10.6باتنة (.. ،)%11الجزائر (.. %...8 ،)%1منهم كان لديهم معرفة بعلم الأورام و %.5.0في الصيدلة السريرية، المصدر: (... )%6من وحدة الصيدلة السريرية، ( )%8..1من فترة التدريب. %85.0يعتبرون أن للصيدلي EHSدوًار أساسًيا في علم الأو ارم، %50.6قاموا بفترة تدريب في هيكل يهتم بمرضى السرطان، .. %11في مستوى في المستشفيات الجامعية، %60.6أشاروا إلى أنهم لم يستفيدوا من اجتماع استقبال في بداية تدريبهم، %(CLCC) ،20 وفي %60.6كان لديهم مشرف تدريب، وأغلبهم أشاروا إلى أن بيئة التدريب كانت على مستوى توقعاتهم (،)%.8.8 %80.6قاموا بفترة تدريب في علم الأوارم الطبي، ويتطلعون إلى دور الصيدلي الأو ارمي في المستقبل ( ،)%.1الطلاب في %85.0من الحالات، %...1أشاروا إلى أنهم أجروا جلسات تثقيف URCCاستفادوا من فترة تدريب في مستوى علاجي تناولت مواضيع متعددة (.. ،)%.5الطلاب كانوا راضين عن التدريب في أكثر من %68من الحالات. المناقشة: أغلب الطلاب استفادوا من تدريب أساسي في علم الأورام والصيدلة السريرية الأورامية، وكان الرضا عن هذه ).URCC ،ETPالتدريب ملحو ًظا، مما ألهم الطلاب لتقدير دور الصيدلي في علم الأو ارم (الصيدلة السريرية، النتائج تبشر بمستقبل واعد للصيدلة السريرية الأورامية في الجزائر. الخاتمة: يعتبر تدريب طلاب الصيدلة لدينا أمًار أساسًيا؛ يجب إدخالهم في مجال علم الأوارم والصيدلة السريرية ليشجعهم على أداء دورهم في تحسين علاج مرضانا مع توفير الدعم والنصائح للمرضى وفريق الرعاية الأورامية | |
| dc.description.abstract | Introduction: Clinical oncology pharmacists work in close collaboration with oncology physicians. The training of pharmacists essentially involves the theoretical and practical training of students; the objective of our work was essentially to evaluate the training of interns in the field of oncological pharmacy. Material and method: This is a survey conducted using an online questionnaire among 110 pharmacy students. Results: population composed of 84.5% women, age 20 - 25 years (69.1%), faculty of Sétif (62.7%), Batna (16.4%), Algiers (6.4%), 94.5% had knowledge of oncology and 98.2% in clinical pharmacy, source: (73.4%) the clinical pharmacy module, (54.1%) the internship stage. 58.2% consider that the pharmacist has a vital role in oncology, 82.7% have completed an internship in a structure that takes care of cancer patients, 60.9% at the level of an EHS (CLCC), 20% CHU, 72.7% declared that they did not benefit from a welcome meeting at the start of their internship, and that in 72.7% they had an internship supervisor, most declared that the internship environment lived up to their expectations (45.5% ), 52.7% have done an internship in medical oncology, and they see themselves in the role of onco-pharmacist in the future (90%), students have benefited from an internship at the URCC level in 58.2% of the cases, 33.6% declare that they have carried out therapeutic education sessions covering several themes (38.9%); the students were satisfied with the internship in more than 75% of cases. Discussion: most of the students were able to benefit from basic training in oncology and oncological clinical pharmacy, the satisfaction of the internship was remarkable, which inspired the students to value the role of the pharmacist in oncology (clinical pharmacy, URCC, ETP) these results are promising for a bright future for oncological clinical pharmacy in Algeria. Conclusion: The training of our pharmacy students is essential; initiating them into the field of oncology and clinical pharmacy becomes mandatory to encourage them to play their role in optimizing the treatment of our patients while providing support and advice to patients and the oncology care team. | |

La formation des pharmaciens passe essentiellement par la formation théorique et pratique des étudiants ; l’objectif de notre travail était essentiellement d’évaluer la formation des internes dans le domaine de la pharmacie oncologique. Matériel et méthode : Il s’agit d’une enquête menée sur questionnaire en ligne auprès de 110 étudiants en pharmacie. Résultats : population composée de 84.5% femmes, âge 20 - 25 ans ( 69.1%), faculté de Sétif ( 62.7%), Batna (16.4%), Alger (6.4%), 94.5% avaient des Connaissances en cancérologie et 98.2% en pharmacie clinique, source : (73.4% ) le module de pharmacie clinique, (54.1%) le stage d’internat. 58.2% considèrent que le pharmacien a un rôle primordial en cancérologie, 82.7 % ont fait un stage dans une structure qui prend en charge des malades cancéreux, 60.9% au niveau d’un EHS ( CLCC),20 % CHU, 72.7% ont déclaré qu’ils ont pas bénéficié d’une réunion d’accueil au début de leur stage , et que dans 72.7 % ils avaient un maitre de stage , la plupart ont déclaré que le milieu du stage était à la hauteur de leurs attentes (45.5%), 52.7% ont fait un stage en oncologie médicale, et ils se projettent dans le rôle d’onco-pharmacien dans l’avenir ( 90 % ), les étudiants ont bénéficié d’ un stage au niveau de l’URCC dans 58.2% des cas, 33.6% déclarent qu’ils ont réalisé des séances d’ éducation thérapeutique portant sur plusieurs thèmes ( 38.9% ), les étudiants étaient satisfaits du stage dans plus 75% des cas. Discussion : la plupart des étudiants en pu bénéficier d’une formation de base en cancérologie et en pharmacie clinique oncologique, la satisfaction du stage était remarquable, ce qui a inspiré les étudiants à valoriser le rôle du pharmacien en cancérologie (pharmacie clinique, URCC, ETP) Ces résultats sont prometteurs d’un bel avenir de la pharmacie clinique oncologique en Algérie. Conclusion : La formation de nos étudiants de pharmacie est primordiale ; les initier dans le domaine de la cancérologie et la pharmacie clinique devient obligatoire pour les encourager à jouer leur rôle dans l’optimisation du traitement de nos patients tout en fournissant un soutien et des conseils aux patients et à l’équipe de soins oncologiques. | |
