Abstract
تسعى ھذه الدراسة إلى الكشف و التعرف وتقییم المخاطر البیئیة الكبرى التي تھدد التجمعات الحضریة وقد قمنا باختیار عینة تتمثل في مدینة سطیف كتجمع حضري رائد بامتیاز لوزنھا الدیموغرافي والاقتصادي وھذا من اجل معرفة وتقییم المخاطر البیئیة الكبرى الممكن وقوعھا في المدینة المدروسة بالاعتماد على منھج البحث و الوصف و التحلیل لمعطیات المنطقة من اجل زیادة قدرة المدینة على الصمود في وجھ المخاطر البیئیة و التي اتضح خلال دراستنا أنھ ا متنوعة وتتعلق بمصادرھا مخاطر طبیعة و مخاطر بشریة حیث تختلف من حیث المدى والتأثیر ولمعرفة أكثرھ ا خطورة مستقبلیا على المدینة حیث اتضح من خلال الدراسة أ ن المدینة عرضة للمخاطر الصناعیة بدرجة اكبر والتي تسبب نوعا آخر من المخاطر المتمثل في مخاطر التلوث بكل أنواعھ وعلیھ توصلنا لنتیجة حتمیة تتمثل في ضرورة تغییر موقع المنطقة الصناعیة من موقعھا الحالي للوقایة من مخاطرھا حفاظا على صحة وسلامة سكان المدینة .
Description
This study seeks to identify and assess the major environmental risks that threaten urban communities and we have selected a sample of the city of Sétif as a leading urban gathering with distinction for its demographic and economic weight and this is in order to identify and evaluate the major environmental risks that can occur in the city studied based on the research, description and analysis of the data of the region in order to increase the ability of the city to withstand environmental risks, which it became clear during our study that it is diverse and related to the Natural risk and Anthropogenic risk where they differ In terms of the extent and impact and knowledge of the most dangerous future on the city where it became clear through the study that the city is exposed to the industrial risks to a greater degree, which causes another kind of risk of pollution of all kinds and therefore we reached the inevitable result of the need to change the location of the industrial zone from its current location to prevent its risks in order to preserve the health and safety of the residents of the city.
