Le Diagnostic Biologique des Anémies

Abstract

Anemia is a syndrome linked to the decrease in the hemoglobin concentration of the red blood cell below the reference values of the blood count, following a multitude of causal pathologies. The biological diagnosis of anemia involves extensive analytical investigation of several biological parameters following specific gait algorithms. With the objective of an epidemiological study on the prevalence of anemia, our study is carried out retrospective descriptive, relating to a sample of 1559 cases taken from the services of nephrology and cardiology of the CHU of Sétif, considered as representative of the general population. . Our study of anemia included a biological diagnostic approach based on the results of the blood count. The results of the present study agree, in the majority of cases, with the modalities of the global aspect of anemia. The importance given to fine-tuning the biological diagnosis of anemia appears undeniable.
