| dc.description | تعاني مدينة سطيف من العديد من المشكلات الحضرية الناتجة عن النمو السكاني المتسارع، مما انعكس سلبًا على بيئتها الحضرية. ومن هذا المنطلق، اقترحت هذه الدراسة توظيف الأساليب العلمية في التحليل والتخطيط من أجل إدارة مختلف المشكلات الحضرية واتخاذ قرارات رشيدة. ويُعد نظام المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) من أهم الأدوات الحديثة المستخدمة في تحليل المشكلات الحضرية، ومتابعة تطورها، واقتراح الحلول المناسبة استنادًا إلى النتائج المتحصل عليها، وانطلاقًا من هذه الأهمية، تناولت الدراسة النفايات الصلبة الحضرية كنموذج تطبيقي لاستخدامات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية على مستوى مدينة سطيف، بهدف الإسهام في تحسين البيئة الحضرية. وقد أسفر توظيف نظام المعلومات الجغرافية كأداة للتحليل والتخطيط عن إعداد خرائط موضوعاتية وقواعد بيانات مكانية، ساعدت على فهم هذه المشكلات وتحليلها بصورة أكثر دقة وفعالية، بما يدعم عملية اتخاذ القرار والتخطيط الحضري المستدام. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Sétif souffre de plusieurs problèmes grace à leur taille en termes de population, ce qui influé à son milieu,Si pour ca nous avons proposé d'utiliser des méthodes scientifiques d'analyse et de planification pour gérer tout sorte des problèmes urbains et pour prendre des bon décisions L’importance du système d'information géographique, en tant que l'un des outils les plus importants utilisés pour résoudre les problèmes et pour surveiller la solution pour les résultats obtenus.Cette grand importance nous a conduit à étudier les déchets urbain au niveau de la ville de Sétif à l'aide d'un système d'information géographique comme un exemple de leur utilité en matière de l’amélioration urbaine , et notre étude a conduit à la création de cartes représente cette problèmes | |
