| dc.description.abstract | The global covid 19 pandemic has caused significant disruption to hospital sector operations. our study is carried out at the level of the central pharmacy CHU sétif, it is a retrospective study based on a questionnaire intended for the personnel of the care establishments to have the tests concerned with COVID-19 and the reagents used. From the results of the table which presents the inflows and outflows of reagents related to covid between 2019 and 2020, it was noticed that there was an increase in the outflows of: cardiac troponin, glucose, glucose revise, total bilirubin, CRP Spinreact, D-dimer, prothrombin, on the other hand a reduction in the output of the other reagents: calcium, creatinine JAFF2, glucose (hexokinase), SNAP PAK (ionogram), UREAL, COABS INTEGRA, STA fibrinogen 5, urea, TCK. So we conclude that the pandemic has a great impact on the availability of reagents due to the closure of borders (import), change in price or suppliers... so we have to be more careful and prepare other plans for good management in times of crisis (health emergency) | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | La pandémie mondiale du covid 19 a entraîné des perturbations importantes dans les activités du secteur hospitalier . notre étude est faite au niveau de la pharmacie centrale CHU sétif ,il s'agit d'une étude rétrospective basée sur un questionnaire destiné aux personnels des établissements de soins pour avoir les tests concernés au COVID-19 et les réactifs utilisés. D'après les résultats du tableau qui présentent les entrées et les sorties des réactifs liées au covid entre 2019 et 2020 ,on a remarqué qu'il y avait une augmentation des sorties de: troponine cardiaque, glucose, glucose révise, bilirubine totale, CRP Spinreact, D-dimere, prothrombine, par contre une diminution des sorties des autres réactifs : calcium, créatinine JAFF2, glucose (hexokinase), SNAP PAK (ionogramme), UREAL, COABS INTEGRA, STA fibrinogen 5, urée, TCK. Alors on conclut que la pandémie a un grand impact sur la disponibilité des réactifs en raison de la fermeture des frontières (limportation), changement du prix ou de fournisseurs...donc il faut qu'on soit plus prudent et de préparer d'autres plans pour avoir une bonne gestion au moment des crises (situation d'urgence sanitaire) | |
