| dc.description.abstract | Le phénomène de la croissance urbaine en Algérie est devenu, au fil du temps, une menace pour l'harmonie et la cohérence des villes algériennes. Cela a été claire ment démontré dans la région Est a travers la wilaya de Sétif et plus particulièrement dans la daïra de l’El Eulma. Où elle a connu une croissance urbaine rapide. Depuis les années2000,et cela s'est fait a r l'augmentation logique du nombre de population et de logements, d’une part ; mais essentiellement due à l’apparition du premier boulevard commercial nommé ‘charaa Dubaï’. Ce dernier qui a vécu un développement rapide a cause de plusieurs facteurs internes ainsi que externes. Ce modeste travail , basé essentiellement sur une étude perceptive ,nous a permis non seulement de clarifier les différents secteurs commerciaux a l’El Eulma ;mais plutôt de mettre l’accent sur un nouveau phénomène de manifestation :création des unités de production 'industrie informelle’! | |

This has been clearly demonstrated in the eastern region through the wilaya of Sétif and more particularly in the daïra of El Eulma. Where it experienced rapid urban growth.
