| dc.description | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم فعالية شبكة ترامواي سطيف باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية، وذلك عبر تحليل خصائصها المكانية وقياس مستوى رضا المستعملين عن الخدمات المقدمة. اعتمد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ة التحليلي والمكاني حيث تم توظيف برنامج SPSS اصدار22 لمعالجة البيانات الإحصائية المستخلصة من الاستبيان الموجه لمستخدمي ترامواي وبرنامج ARC gis للتحليل المكاني. أظهرت النتائج ان شبكة ترامواي سطيف , توفي تغطية جيدة للمجال الحضري الرئيسي للمدينة , غير ان بعض الاحياء السكنية ما تزال تعاني من ضعف الاستفادة المباشرة من الخدمة مما يحد من مستوى الوصولية. كما بينت النتائج ارتفاع مستوى رضا المستخدمين عن جودة الخدمة و الامن و السلامة , مع تسجيل بعض النقائص المرتبطة بضعف التكامل بين الترامواي ووسائل النقل الأخرى. أكد التحليل الاحصائي وجود علاقات ذات دلالة بين أبعاد الخدمة المختلفة و رضا المستعملين , و اثبتت الدراسة فعالية نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في تقييم شبكات النقل الحضري و تشخيص نقاط القوة و القصور , و انتهت الى ضرورة توسيع التغطية المكانية للشبكة و تعزيز التكامل مع باقي وسائل النقل الحضري , بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الخدمة . | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Setif tramway network using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), by analyzing its spatial characteristics and measuring user satisfaction with the services provided. The study employed a descriptive, analytical, and spatial approach, utilizing SPSS version 22 to process the statistical data obtained from a questionnaire distributed to tramway users, and ArcGIS for spatial analysis. The results showed that the Setif tramway network provides good coverage of the city's main urban area. However, some residential neighborhoods still suffer from limited direct access to the service, thus restricting accessibility. The results also indicated a high level of user satisfaction with service quality, safety, and security, while noting some shortcomings related to weak integration between the tramway and other modes of transportation. Statistical analysis confirmed significant relationships between different service dimensions and user satisfaction. The study demonstrated the effectiveness of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in evaluating urban transport networks and identifying strengths and weaknesses. It concluded that expanding the network's spatial coverage and enhancing integration with other urban transport modes is necessary to improve service efficiency. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Cette étude vise à évaluer l'efficacité du réseau de tramway de Sétif à l'aide des Systèmes d'Information Géographique (SIG), en analysant ses caractéristiques spatiales et en mesurant la satisfaction des usagers. L'étude a adopté une approche descriptive, analytique et spatiale, utilisant SPSS version 22 pour le traitement des données statistiques recueillies par questionnaire auprès des usagers et ArcGIS pour l'analyse spatiale. Les résultats ont montré que le réseau de tramway de Sétif couvre bien le cœur de la ville. Cependant, certains quartiers résidentiels souffrent encore d'un accès direct limité au service, ce qui restreint sa portée. Les résultats ont également indiqué un niveau élevé de satisfaction des usagers quant à la qualité du service, la sûreté et la sécurité, tout en soulignant certaines lacunes liées à une faible intégration entre le tramway et les autres modes de transport. L'analyse statistique a confirmé des corrélations significatives entre les différentes dimensions du service et la satisfaction des usagers. L'étude a démontré l'efficacité des Systèmes d'Information Géographique (SIG) pour l'évaluation des réseaux de transport urbain et l'identification de leurs forces et faiblesses. Elle conclut que l'extension de la couverture spatiale du réseau et l'amélioration de son intégration avec les autres modes de transport urbain sont nécessaires pour améliorer l'efficacité du service | |
