| dc.description | في هذا العمل ، نقترح نهجًا متعدد المعايير يسمح باختيار مركز الردم التقني ) CET (، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار القيود البيئية وتوجهات وثائق تخطيط المدن مع الحفاظ على الامتثال للنصوص القانونية الرئيسية . يعتمد النهج المتبع على تتابع ثلاث مراحل: ) 1( جرد منهجي للبيئة والأنشطة المرتبطة بها، ) 2( تحديد الأسطح الحرة و ) 3( اختيار المواقع ،في نهاية هذا العمل ، تم الوصول إلى هدفنا الأولي ، إذ تحصلنا على نتيجتين سيناريو اقتصادي وبيئي وهذا حسب المعايير الخاصة بكل سيناريو ومن خلالهما تم اختيار موقع لمركز الردم التقني ) CET ( المحتمل لولاية سطيف،يعد توحيد هذا النهج بهدف تطبيقه على مناطق أخرى مختلفة بمثابة توفير كبير للوقت و إن تطبيقه على مجالات مختلفة من أجل التحقق من ملاءمة المعلومات المحتفظ بها وقوة نظام التصنيف المطبق يشكل منظورنا الرئيسي. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Dans le présent travail, nous proposons une approche multicritère permettant la sélection de CET, en tenant compte des contraintes environnementales et des orientations des documents d’urbanisme tout en restant conforme aux principaux textes de lois,L’approche adoptée repose sur la succession de trois étapes : (1) inventaire systématique du milieu et des activités associées, (2) identification des surfaces libres et (3) sélection de sites,Au terme de ce travail, notre but initial a été atteint, on a obtenu deux résultats : un scénario économique et un autre environnementale, selon des critères spécifique par chacun d’eux, donc le site potentiel de CET pour la Wilaya de Sétif a été sélectionné. La standardisation de cette approche dans l’objectif de son application sur diverses autres zones constitue un gain précieux de temps. Son application sur diverses zones afin de valider la pertinence des paramètres retenus et la robustesse du système de cotation appliqué constitue notre principale perspective. | |
