| dc.description.abstract | In this work, we tried to cover the issue of the "ecological cohousing" like a set of themes This thematic remains unfortunately an utopian idea in our country and more particularly in Setif The interest of this work is to promote this way of living that allows households to form a group and to carry the project for better living together The group, under these conditions, needs a chart and a formula The chart is characterized by several dimensions The formula is a real estate company of attribution ( The RECA is dissolved when the construction of the project is completed It then gives way to the condominium This work is made in a teaching concern and primarily aims to encourage the "ecological cohousing" in Setif and why not in Algeria. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Dans ce travail, nous avons essayé de traiter le sujet de l’habitat groupé écologique comme une thématique Cette dernière reste malheureusement une idée utopique dans notre pays et plus particulièrement à Sétif L'intérêt de ce travail est de faire connaître ce mode d'habiter qui permet à des ménages de se constituer en groupe et porter le projet pour mieux vivre ensemble Le groupe, dans ces conditions, a besoin d’une charte et d’une formule La charte est caractérisée par plusieurs dimensions La formule est une société civile immobilière d’attribution ( La SCIA est dissoute lorsque la construction du projet est terminée Elle laisse alors la place à la copropriété Ce travail est fait dans un souci pédagogique et vise essentiellement à encourager ce type d’habitat à Sétif et pourquoi pas en Algérie. | |
