| dc.description | تؤدي المساحات الخضراء الحضرية في مدينة سطيف دورين رئيسيين: دورًا جماليًا ودورًا ترفيهيًا. كما ترتكز دراستنا على التعرف على واقع المساحات الخضراء الحضرية داخل مدينة سطيف وفي محيطها، ودورها في تحسين جودة حياة السكان. وتناولنا أيضًا البحث عن حلول لتطوير هذه المساحات بما يلبي احتياجات المواطنين، سواء كانوا من السكان المحليين أو الزوار،ومن خلال هذه الدراسة التحليلية لمدينة سطيف، وللمناطق الثلاث محل الدراسة، وهي: مدينة الألعاب، وحديقة الأمير عبد القادر، والحديقة شبه الحضرية بلعراش، تمكنا من الوقوف على واقع التدهور الذي تعاني منه هذه المساحات، وكذلك النقص الذي يميز هذا النوع من الفضاءات على مستوى كامل تراب المدينة،وعلى الرغم من أن هذه المساحات أُنشئت لتلبية مختلف احتياجات السكان وتوفير ظروف معيشية أفضل، فإن واقع مدينة سطيف يكشف عن وجود العديد من النقائص التي تحد من أدائها لوظائفها،ومن أجل ضمان جودة أفضل للخدمات المقدمة للسكان والزوار، اقترحنا مجموعة من الأفكار لإعادة تهيئة وتطوير المساحات الخضراء. | |

Le But De Notre Etude Est De Connaître La Réalité Des Espaces Verts Urbains Dans La Ville De Sétif Et Leurs Rôle Dans L’amélioration De La Qualité De Vie De Population, Où Nous Avons Abordé Comment Trouver Des Solutions Pour Evaluer Ces Espaces Pour Répondre Aux Exigences De La Population, Que Ce Soit Local Ou Des Visiteurs,Cette Etude Analytique De La Ville De Sétif Repose Sur L’analyse Des Trois Zones D'étude A Savoir Le Parc D’attraction, Jardin Imir Abd El Kader Et Le Parc Périurbain De Larache. Cette Analyse Nous A Permis De Connaitre La Situation Actuelle En Fait Le Reste De Ce Type D’espace Epelé A Travers Tous Le Territoire De La Ville. Aussi, Bien Que Ces Espaces Soient Destinés A Répondre A Toutes Les Exigences De La Population Pour Une Bonne Qualité De Vie, Ils Ne S'appliquent Pas A La Ville De Sétif, Qui Souffre De Nombreuses Lacunes. Pour Améliorer La Situation Actuelle De Ces Espaces Verts Dans Cette Ville, Dont Le But Est D’attendre A Une Bonne Qualité De Vie De Population, Nous Proposons Dans Cette Etude Certaines Idées Pour Réaménager Ces Espaces Verts. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Urban green spaces in Setif play two main roles: an aesthetic role and a recreational role. Our study also depends on knowing the reality of urban green spaces in and outside the city of Setif and their role in improving the quality of life of the population. We also discussed finding solutions for these spaces to meet the needs of citizens, both local residentsor visitors. In this analytical study of the city of Setif and the three study areas: the amusement park, the Emir Abd Elkader park and the semi-urban park of Larash, it allowed us to know the deterioration of the situation andthe rest of this type of space spelled through all the territory of the city. And although these spaces are intended to meet all the requirements of the population for a good life, they do not apply to the city of Setif, which suffers from many shortcomings. To ensure good quality of services for residents and visitors, we have proposed several ideas for redevelopment of green spaces. | |
