| dc.description | يركز عملنا على التفاعلات الدوائية وشدة الآثار الضارة التي تسببها، خاصة عند مرضى غسيل الكلى. الهدف من مسحنا هو تحديد شدة الآثار الضارة من أجل منعها. تم إجراء مسح بواسطة استبيان استقصائي في سياق اليقظة الدوائية حول شدة الآثار الضارة الناجمة عن التفاعلات الدوائية، مخصص لمرضى عيادة غسيل الكلى " بوسنة «، الذكور والإناث، ومن مختلف الفئات العمرية، في فترة 30يو ًما، باتباع الطريقة: المساعدة، تمكنا من جمع 40إجابة، مصنفة في جدول ملخص. باستخدام برنامج الذكاء الاصطناعي، نقوم بمعالجة هذه النتائج، مع 10مدخلاً (العمر، الجنس، المنطقة الجغرافية...) ومخرج واحد (شدة التأثير المعاكس،) يتم ترميز كل متغير إدخال أو إخراج كمتغير رقمي. بمجرد وضع أساس القواعد، يصبح من الممكن قراءة شدة التأثيرات الضارة للتفاعلات الدوائية على الفور، والنتيجة هي تعاون مجموعة القواعد التي تدعم جميع متغيرات الإدخال. يمكن اعتبار هذه الأداة بمثابة مساعدة للأطباء والصيادلة في الوقاية من الآثار الضارة للتفاعلات الدوائية | |
| dc.description.abstract | Our work focuses on drug interactions and the intensity of adverse effects caused by them especially in dialysis patients. The objective of our investigation is to determine the intensity of adverse drug reactions in order to prevent them. A survey was carried out by means of a questionnaire of investigation within, the framework of the pharmacovigilance on the intensity of the undesirable effects due to the drug interactions. Intended for the patients of the clinic of dialysis "BOUCENNA" of male and female sex, and of various age groups, in a period of 30 days, by following the method: an assisted, we could collect 40 answers, classified in a summary table. Using artificial intelligence software, we process these results, with 10 inputs (age, gender, geographical area,) and one output (intensity of the adverse effect), each input or output variable is coded as a numerical variable. Once the rule base is established, it becomes possible to instantly read the intensity of the adverse effects of the drug interactions; the result is the collaboration of all the rules that support all the input variables This tool can be considered as an aid to physicians and pharmacists in the prevention of adverse drug interaction events. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Notre travail se concentre sur les interactions médicamenteuses et l’intensité des effets indésirables causé par ces derniers spécialement chez les patients de dialyse. L’objectif de notre enquête est de déterminer l’intensité des effets indésirables à fin de les prévenir. On a effectué un sondage par le biais d’un questionnaire d’investigation dans le cadre de la pharmacovigilance sur l’intensité des effets indésirables dû aux interactions médicamenteuse, destiné aux malades de la clinique du dialyse « BOUCENNA » de sexe masculin et féminin, et de différentes tranches d'âge, dans une période de 30 jours, en suivant la méthode : assistée, on a pu collecter 40 réponses, classées dans un tableau récapitulatif À l'aide d'un logiciel d'intelligence artificiel, nous traitons ces résultats, avec 10 entrées (l’âge, le sexe, la zone géographique,...) et une sortie (l’intensité de l'effet indésirable), chaque variable d’entrée ou de sortie est codifiée en variable numérique. Une fois la base des règles établie, il devient possible de lire instantanément l’intensité des effets indésirables des interactions médicamenteuses, le résultat est la collaboration de l'ensemble des règles qui prennent en charge toutes les variables d’entrée. Cet outil peut être considéré comme une aide aux médecins et aux pharmaciens dans la prévention des effets indésirables des interactions médicamenteuses. | |
