| dc.description | تُعد الجراحة السرطانية ضرورية لعلاج مراحل مختلفة من السرطان، تعرض المرضى لخطر متزايد للإصابة بتجلط الأوردة العميقة والانصمام الرئوي بسبب الحالة المسببة للتجلط لديهم. لمنع هذه المضاعفات، يعتبر استخدام مضادات التخثر أم ًرا بالغ الأهمية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فحص معدل حدوث المضاعفات التجلطية والنزيفية بعد الجراحة لتقييم فعالية إدارة مضادات التخثر في الفترة المحيطة بالجراحة. تم إجراء الدراسة على 109مرضى تم قبولهم في مركز مكافحة السرطان في سطيف بين فبراير وأبريل .2024 | |
| dc.description.abstract | Cancer surgery is essential for treating various stages of cancer, but it presents an increased risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE) due to the prothrombotic state of patients. To prevent these complications, the use of anticoagulants is crucial. This study examines the incidence of postoperative thromboembolic and hemorrhagic complications to assess the effectiveness of perioperative anticoagulant management. It is conducted on 109 patients admitted to the Anti-Cancer Center (CAC) in Sétif between February and April 2024. | |
