Techniques de culture, d’Analyses de cellule et Applications en Santé : 1ère année Master Biotechnologie et Santé

Abstract

Since September 3, 2023, I have been a faculty member in the Department of Biotechnology at the University of Sétif 1’s Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences, where I have taught a diverse range of courses. My teaching responsibilities have included lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions covering the following subjects: culture techniques, cellular analysis and health applications, protein engineering, life sciences and socio-economic impacts, plant biology, and enzymology. As part of the process for obtaining my university accreditation to supervise research (habilitation) and advancing to the rank of *Maître de Conférences A* (Associate Professor), I have chosen to present a course manual for the module "Culture Techniques, Cellular Analysis, and Health Applications." This module is a core component of the first-year Master’s program in "Biotechnology and Health" within the Department of Biotechnology at the University of Sétif 1. It also serves as an essential prerequisite for second-year research Master’s courses, for the completion of final-year theses, and, in the long term, for doctoral research. Indeed, mastering cell culture techniques enables students to develop the skills necessary to conduct experimental research projects.
