Abstract

The national council of the order of pharmacists of the region of Setif is responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations governing the profession, including the code of medical ethics,for this, he exercices the disciplinary power. The Algerian national union of officinal pharmacists of the wilaya of Setif, is the officinal union, which defends the material interests and moral values of pharmacists. The objective of our work is to identify and assess the roles of these two institutions, and the difficulties encountered in carrying out their missions. Our study was developed through two interviews with the President of the Council of the Order and SNAPO of the Setif Wilaya.
