| dc.description.abstract | تأتي د ا رسة التوابع الحضرية وعلاقتها بالمدينة الام بهدف الوقوف على عمليات التغير التي تشهدها، وما ترتب عليها من آثار مست السكان، ونمط استخدام الأرض، وأوجه النشاط الاقتصادي الممارس. فضلا عن المعلومات حول الهجرة الحضرية، والتنقلات اليومية للسكان نحو المدن المركزية أو الأم، من حيث حجمها ومداها واتجاهاتها. يضاف إلى ذلك أنها تساعد إلى حد كبير في إعداد الب ا رمج اللازمة لتخطيط نمو المدن والحواضر وكل الإقليم الحضري ومواجهة مشاكل انتشار وتمدد العم ا رن . في هذا الصدد يركز البحث على التساؤل حول مدينة سطيف و علاقتها مع توابعها الحضرية او التجمعات الثانوية شوف لكداد السفيهة و فرماتو التي تمر بمرحلة جديدة تتميز بالتمدد الحضري بحيث أتضح أن مظهرها تغير كثي ا ر في غضون هذه السيرورة، وارتبطت أكثر بالأرياف المحيطة بها . فالد ا رسة تتعلق بفهم هذه السيرورة، والكيفية التي تمت بها، وأثارها على البنيات الأصلية، مع التركيز على المنتجينوالفاعلين الأساسيين في ظهورها أو إنتاجها، باعتبارها مفاتيح أساسية للفهم. والبدء بالجانب النظري لنضعها في سياقها الزمني، ومعنى دلالة مصطلحاتها ومفرداتها. ثم نتبعه بالجانب التطبيقي من خلال تتبع م ا رحل النمو الحضري للمدن، ومختلف أشكال التمدد الحضري المنبثقة عنه، بهدف تحديد نطاقاتها المجالية، وسيرورة تشكلها وتطورها. | |
