| dc.description | This study aims to know and analyze the reality of the population and housing sector in the city of Setif, as it is the most important city in the region of the High Plateaus, by highlighting the population situation in the city of Setif, enumerating the factors affecting the growth of its population and its demographic composition in addition to analyzing the status of the housing sector in it in terms of its types, and the distribution of its projects This research concluded that the city experienced a rapid population growth, which made it characterized by a young population structure, the majority of which are the youth and middle-aged, which accounted for 59.72% of the total population of the city. It is also characterized by a variety of forms of urbanization, through the different housing formulas achieved in its urban surroundings. However, the city is still suffering from a housing crisis that may continue in the short, medium and long term, which has been foreseen through population estimates and future housing needs of the city. Therefore, the necessary measures must be put in place to avoid them in the future, in line with the requirements of population growth in the city, considering housing is one of the most sensitive sectors in the city of Setif and in Algeria as a whole, and for this we have sought to present some necessary recommendations that we deem appropriate to alleviate the severity of the crisis, and the issue has been addressed according to Three main chapters, in addition to an introductory chapter that includes all related to the theoretical side. | |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة وتحليل واقع قطاع السكّان والسّكن في مدينة سطيف، باعتبارها أهم المدن في إقليم الهضاب العليا، من خلال إبراز الوضعية السّكانية بها، وحصر العوامل المؤثرة في نموّ سكانها وتركيبتها الدّيمغرافية إلى جانب تحليل وضعية قطاع السّكن بها من حيث أنواعه، وتوزيع مشاريعه. وقد خلص هذا البحث إلى أنّ المدينة عرفت نموّا سّكانيا سريعا، جعلها تمتاز بتركيبة سكّانية ف تّية، تمثّل أغلبيتها فئتي الشباب والكهول والتي بلغت نسبتها 59.72% من مجموع سكان المدينة. كما تتميز بتنوع في أشكال العمران، من خلال مختلف الصّيغ السّكنية المنجزة في محيطها العمراني. لكن بالرغم من هذا، فإنّ المدينة لا تزال تعاني من أزمة السكن التي قد تستمر في الأمد القريب، المتوسط والبعيد، وهو ما تمّ استشرافه من خلال التقديرات السّكانية والحاجيات السّكنية المستقبلية للمدينة. لذا يجب وضع التدابير اللازمة لتفاديها مستقبلا، تماشيا مع متطلبات النموّ السّ كاني في المدينة، باعتبار السّكن أحد أهم القطاعات الحسّاسة في مدينة سطيف وفي الجزائر ككل، ومن أجل ذلك سعينا لتقديم بعض التوصيات اللازمة التي نراها مناسبة للتخفيف من حدّة الأزمة، وقد تمّت معالجة الموضوع وفق ثلاث فصول رئيسية، إضافة إلى فصل تمهيدي يشمل كل ماله علاقة بالجانب النظري. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Cette étude a pour objectif de connaître et d'analyser la réalité du secteur de la population et de l’habitat dans la ville de Sétif, qui est la ville la plus importante de la région des Hauts Plateaux, en mettant en évidence la situation démographique de celle-ci, en énumérant les facteurs affectant la croissance de sa population et sa composition démographique en plus d'analyser le statut du secteur du logement en son sein en termes de types, et la répartition de ses projets. Cette recherche a conclu que la ville a connu une croissance démographique rapide, ce qui la caractérise par une structure de population jeune, dont la majorité sont les personnes en âge d'activité, qui représentaient 59,72% de la population totale de la ville. Elle se caractérise également par une variété de formes d'urbanisation, à travers les différentes formules d'habitat réalisées dans son périmètre urbain. Cependant, malgré cela, la ville souffre toujours d'une crise du logement qui pourrait se prolonger à court, moyen et long terme, qui a été prévue par les estimations démographiques et les besoins futurs de la ville en matière de logement. Par conséquent, les mesures nécessaires doivent être mises en place pour les éviter à l'avenir, conformément aux exigences de la croissance démographique de la ville, considérant que le logement est l'un des secteurs les plus sensibles de la ville de Sétif et de l'Algérie dans son ensemble, et pour cela nous avons cherché à présenter quelques recommandations nécessaires que nous jugeons appropriées pour atténuer la gravité de la crise, et le problème a été abordé selon Trois chapitres principaux, en plus d'un chapitre introductif qui comprend tous ceux liés au côté théorique. | |
