| dc.description | يركز عملنا على استراتيجيات التطوير المختلفة للصيدلة المتبعة للتقنيات الحديثة و التي يلعب الذكاء الاصطناعي فيها دورا كبيرا في الممارسة الطبية و الصيدلانية . الهدف من هذه الأطروحة هو تقييم فائدة الذكاء الاصطناعي ، تعزيز دوره و تقدير تأثيره في اليقظة الدوائية كمثال وهذا ما دفعنا لإجراء استبيان حول الآثار الجانبية لمضادات الالتهاب الستيرويدية موجه لسكان ولاية سطيف ، لكلا الجنسين و من مختلف الفئات العمرية، خلال فترة 21يوما ،بإتباع طريقتين :الأولى تكون بالإجابة على استبيان الكتروني ،و الثانية عن طريق استجواب مباشر للمريض وجها لوجه ،تمكنا من جمع 150إجابة قمنا بتصنيفها ضمن جدول ملخص . باستخدام برنامج الذكاء الاصطناعي ،RNAقمنا بمعالجة الإجابات المتحصل عليها بثمانية مداخيل (العمر ، الجنس، الرقعة الجغرافية ...الخ) ومخرج واحد (درجة الآثار الجانبية ،) كل متغير سواء من المداخيل أو المخرج مشفر كمتغير رقمي بمجرد وضع أساس القواعد ،يصبح من الممكن قراءة درجة التأثيرات الجانبية لمضادات الالتهاب الستيرويدية على الفور،حيث تكون النتيجة اشتراك مجموعة القواعد التي تهتم بجميع متغيرات الإدخال. يمكن اعتبار هذه الوسيلة بمثابة مساعدة للأطباء و الصيادلة في التصدي لهذه الآثار الجانبية | |
| dc.description.abstract | Our work focuses on the different development strategies of pharmacy following new technologies, of which artificial intelligence has a large role in medical and pharmaceutical practice. The objective of this thesis is to assess the use of artificial intelligence, to promote it and to estimate its impact in pharmacovigilance as an example. We performed a survey through an investigative questionnaire as part of pharmacovigilance on the side effects of corticosteroids as an example, intended for the population of the region of SETIF, male and female, and of different age groups, in a period of 21 days, according to two methods: self-administered method (Online), and assisted method, we have been able to collect 150 responses, then we classified them in a summary table; Using RNA artificial intelligence software, we process these results, with 8 inputs (age, sex, geographic area, etc.) and one output (degree of adverse effect), each input or output variable is coded as a digital variable. Once the base of the rules is established, it becomes possible to instantly read the degree of adverse effects of corticosteroids; the result is the collaboration of the set of rules that support all the input variables. This tool can be considered as an aid to doctors and pharmacists in the prevention of side effects of corticosteroids. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Notre travail se concentre sur les différentes stratégies de développement de la pharmacie suivant les nouvelles technologies dont lesquelles l'intelligence artificielle joue un grand rôle dans la pratique médicale et pharmaceutique. L'objectif de cette thèse est d'apprécier l'utilité de l'intelligence artificielle, de la valoriser et d'estimer son impact dans la pharmacovigilance comme un exemple. On a effectué un sondage par le biais d’un questionnaire d’investigation dans le cadre de la pharmacovigilance sur les effets secondaires des corticoïdes à titre d'exemple, destiné à la population de la région de SÉTIF, de sexe masculin et féminin, et de différentes tranches d'âge, dans une période de 21 jours, en suivant deux méthodes : une méthode auto administrée (En ligne), et une méthode assistée, on a pu collecter 150 réponses, classées dans un tableau récapitulatif. À l'aide d'un logiciel d'intelligence artificielle RNA, nous traitons ces résultats, avec 8 entrées (l’âge, le sexe, la zone géographique,...) et une sortie (degré de l'effet indésirable), chaque variable d’entrée ou de sortie est codifiée en variable numérique. Une fois la base des règles établie, il devient possible de lire instantanément le degré des effets indésirables des corticoïdes, le résultat est la collaboration de l'ensemble des règles qui prennent en charge toutes les variables d’entrée. Cet outil peut être considéré comme une aide aux médecins et aux pharmaciens dans la prévention des effets indésirables des corticoïdes. | |
