Abstract
The pathology of the oral mucosa is the meeting point of four medical specialties: stomatology, dermatology, otolaryngology and odontology.
The practitioner who examines the patient must make a complete analysis of the observed lesions. Because of these dangerous lesions, the dentist must remain extremely vigilant.
We distinguish, vesicular and bullous diseases.
Vesicular diseases: Herpes, Chicken pox, Shingles, Hand, foot, and mouth disease, Herpangina, smallpox.
Bullous affections:
Autoimmune: pemphigus vulgaris, bullous pemphigoid, cicatricial pemphigoid.
No Autoimmune: Erythema multiform, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Lyell syndrome.

علم أمراض الغشاء المخاطي للفم هو نقطة التقاء أربع تخصصات طبية : طب الفم وطب الجلد وطب الأنف والأذن والحنجرة وطب الأسنان .
يجب على ممارس المهنة الذي يقوم بفحص المريض أن يقوم بتحليل شامل للجراح الملاحظة . ونظرا لخطورة هذه الجراح، على طبيب الأسنان
أن يبقى حذرا . ونميز منها : الحويصلية والفقاعية .
الأمراض الحويصلية : الحلأ البسيط ) الهربس ( ، جدري الماء، الهربس النطاقي، الخناق الحلائي . الأمراض الفقاعية :
مناعي ذاتي : الفقاع، الفقعان الفقاعي، شبيه الفقاع الندبي .
غير مناعي ذاتي : حمامي متعددة الأشكال، متلازمة ستيفنس جونسون، متلازمة ليل
