Abstract

Ain Azel is located about 50 km south of Sétif city, part of the high plains basin in Stefani . It is located in sub-watershed (07-01) and has a semi-dry climate. DRASTIC method was applied to help protect groundwater resources from potential contamination; It is based on the index D.R.A.S.T.I.C., In the treatment of the seven sever parametrs leads to the creation of Vulnerability map; The resulting map shows a weak and very limited area in the northeast and a weak area occupying the rest of the study area; This stick of fixtures requires the implementation of an appropriate protective environment to protect the underground supplier. .
