Abstract

This study aims to understand the role of artificial intelligence usage in enhancing innovation within SAMHA Home Appliance Setif. A questionnaire was used as the study instrument, including a set of questions whose data were analyzed to identify the reality of artificial intelligence usage and its impact on innovation. The study results showed that artificial intelligence represents a key component of the operational model of SAMHA Setif. The main hypothesis of the study, which examined the existence of a statistically significant effect of artificial intelligence usage on enhancing innovation, was also accepted. The findings indicated that the use of artificial intelligence significantly contributes to improving innovation within SAMHA Setif.
