| dc.description | هذا العمل يهدف إلى معالجة و إيجاد الحلول للإشكال الذي يتمحور حول الفضاءات و الساحات العمومية في قسنطينة الذي يتم تجاهله في ظل عمليات ترميم المباني التي لها قيمة تراثية . التي تمثل عينة اجتماعية و la brèche و من خلال الدراسة التي قمنا بها حول مركز مدينة قسنطينة و بالضبط في ساحة مكانية الأكثر تأثرا بالتحولات في مجال ذو طابع عمراني فرنسي .و بما أن الموقع يتميز بالتراث الذي يعكس تنظيم و حديقة بن ناصر و الساحة la brèche النسيج العمراني لفترة الاستعمار تمحور هدفنا الأساسي في إعادة تهيئة ساحة الشعبية و إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لمشكل الازدحام و نقص مواقف السيارات و التهيئة الحضرية و كل هذا من اجل استغلال إمكانيات الموقع و الحفاظ على هويته. | |
