| dc.description | تعتبر مدينة قسنطينة القديمة المدينة ذات الطابع التقليدي قبل التواجد الفرنسي بها حيث تتميز بهندستها المعمارية التقليدية . ولكن خلال التواجد الفرنسي عرفت المدينة القديمة العديد من التغيرات العمرانية مما أدى إلى ظهور طابع معماري هجين . المدينة القديمة لقسنطينة من المدن الغنية بالتراث المعماري التقليدي و الذي هو في الوقت الحالي معرض للضياع و الإهمال بحيث العديد من المباني تعاني من حالة التدهور .هذه الوضعية تتطلب القيام بالعديد من العمليات العمرانية على العموم و بالأخص إعادة تأهيل المباني القديمة للحفاظ على الهوية التاريخية و المعمارية للمدينة القديمة | |
| dc.description.abstract | The old city of Constantine is considered like a traditional city before the French existence, caractirized by its traditional architecture. But since the period of French existence, this city has known a lot of changes which touch the architectural traditional style and caused an hybrid style. This old town is one of the cities riche with traditional architecture which is exposed to the loss and dereliction , where a lot of buildings are suffering for a deterioration’s situation. We must do some urbain operations to preserve the architectural and historical identity of the old tow of Constantine. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | la vieille ville de Constantine, une médina traditionnelle avant sa colonisation, est caractérisée par une architecture traditionnelle. Mais à l’époque coloniale, elle a vécu plusieurs transformations urbaines et architecturales marquées par un processus d’hybridation. Elle est riche par un patrimoine traditionnel qui est en péril et qui risque d’être oublié et négligé ; dont plusieurs bâtiments traditionnels sont à l’état d’abondant ou en dégradation. Cette situation nécessite de faire de nombreuses opérations urbaines en général et de reconversion des bâtiments désaffectés en particulier pour éviter de tomber en ruine et pour préserver l’identité architecturale et historique de la médina de Constantine. | |
