Abstract
Pharmaceutical calculations are a critical skill in the daily practice of community
pharmacists, playing a crucial role in the safety and effectiveness of pharmaceutical care.
The aim of this study is to assess the competencies, practices, and needs of professionals
working in community pharmacy regarding pharmaceutical calculations. Errors in
calculation, such as overdoses, underdoses, as well as errors in units and conversions, can
significantly compromise patient health.The results obtained thus highlight the crucial
importance of pharmaceutical calculation skills in ensuring safe and effective treatments.

الحسابات الصيدلنية تمثل مهارة اساسية في الممارسة اليومية لصيادلة الصيدليات حيث تلعب دورا حاسما في أمان
وفعالية الرعاية الييدلنية. هدف هذه الدراسة هو تقييم مهارات وممارسات واحتياجات المحترفين العاملين في
صيدليات الصيدلة النموذجية فيما يتعلق بالحسابات الييدلنية
أخطاء الحساب، مثل جرعات زائدة وجرعات غير كافية، بالضافة إلى أخطاء الوحدات والتحويلت، يمكن أن تعرض
صحة المرضى للخطر بشكل خطير. النتائج التي تم الحيول عليها تؤكد على الهمية البالغة للمهارات في الحسابات
الييدلنية لضمان العلجات المنة والفعالة
