| dc.description | The tourism sector is considered one of the most important sectors due to the significant role it plays, particularly from an economic perspective, as it contributes to achieving tourism development,At the same time, this study has highlighted the potential for tourism development in Algeria, while emphasizing the tourism assets of the Wilaya of Sétif. It has also shed light on the city of Babor, considered a tourist municipality in the Wilaya of Sétif, by examining the possibilities for developing mountain tourism there. This is due to the numerous attractions that the area offers to visitors from different regions, especially its natural assets such as mountains, forests, breathtaking landscapes, water springs, diverse flora and fauna, and pure natural air,However, this potential is contrasted by the stagnation of mountain tourism development in the wilaya, as well as the neglect from which it suffers. Most tourists tend to visit the city of Sétif because of the availability of tourism infrastructure and facilities, which highlights the need to promote and revitalize the mountain tourism sector and ensure its development,This situation calls for the implementation of a set of appropriate solutions to overcome existing challenges and enhance the tourism sector. This can be achieved by integrating mountain tourism with other forms of tourism, thereby changing the prevailing tourism perspective and promoting mountain tourism, particularly in the city of Babor. Such an approach would contribute to the development of the region’s tourism sector in line with current tourism demands, while providing tourism facilities capable of attracting more visitors, especially in the city of Babor,Finally, the recommendations and proposals presented in this study represent a modest attempt to introduce and encourage another form of tourism, namely mountain tourism in the Wilaya of Sétif, with the municipality of Babor serving as its main hub. | |
| dc.description.abstract | يعد قطاع السياحة من القطاعات الأكثر أهمية من خلال الدور الفعال الذي تمارسه، وخاصة من الجانب الاقتصادي، حيث يعتبر هذا عاملًا مساهمًا في تحقيق التنمية السياحية،وفي نفس الوقت، فقد سمحت هذه الدراسة بتوضيح إمكانية التنمية السياحية في الجزائر، مع إبراز الإمكانيات السياحية بولاية سطيف، إلى جانب تسليط الضوء على مدينة بابور باعتبارها مقر بلدية بولاية سطيف السياحية، وصولًا إلى إمكانية تحقيق تنمية السياحة الجبلية بها، نظرًا لما تتوفر عليه هذه الأخيرة من محفزات في جذب السياح من مختلف الأماكن، خاصة الطبيعية كالجبال، والغابات، والمناظر الخلابة، ومنابع المياه، وتنوع النباتات والحيوانات، والهواء الطبيعي النقي. كل هذا يقابله ركود في حركة تنمية السياحة الجبلية بالولاية، بالإضافة إلى الإهمال الذي تتعرض له، لأن معظم السياح يقصدون ولاية سطيف لتوفر كل الهياكل السياحية بها، مما يتطلب ضرورة تفعيل وتنشيط القطاع السياحي الجبلي وتحقيق تنمية السياحة الجبلية،لذا تدعونا هذه الوضعية إلى وضع مجموعة من الحلول المناسبة للقضاء على المشاكل والنهوض بالقطاع السياحي، وذلك بإحداث دمج للسياحة الجبلية مع باقي أنواع السياحة الأخرى، نحو تغيير المنظور السياحي وتفعيل السياحة الجبلية، وخاصة في مدينة بابور، حتى نتمكن من تحقيق تنمية الجانب السياحي للمنطقة بما يتماشى مع متطلبات السياحة الحالية، وتوفير الهياكل السياحية المستقطبة للسياح، وخاصة في مدينة بابور،مع الإشارة إلى أن التوصيات والاقتراحات المقدمة تعد محاولة بسيطة لإعطاء فكرة جديدة تعمل على تشجيع نوع آخر من السياحة، ألا وهو السياحة الجبلية بولاية سطيف، يكون قطبها الأساسي ببلدية بابور. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Le secteur du tourisme est considéré comme l’un des secteurs les plus importants en raison du rôle efficace qu’il joue, notamment sur le plan économique, où il constitue un facteur contribuant à la réalisation du développement touristique,Par ailleurs, cette étude a permis de mettre en évidence les possibilités de développement touristique en Algérie, tout en soulignant les potentialités touristiques de la wilaya de Sétif. Elle a également mis l’accent sur la ville de Babor, considérée comme une commune à vocation touristique de la wilaya de Sétif, en examinant les possibilités de développement du tourisme de montagne. En effet, cette dernière dispose de nombreux atouts favorisant l’attraction des touristes provenant de différentes régions, notamment des richesses naturelles telles que les montagnes, les forêts, les paysages pittoresques, les sources d’eau, la diversité de la flore et de la faune, ainsi qu’un air pur et naturel,Cependant, cette situation contraste avec la stagnation du développement du tourisme de montagne dans la wilaya, ainsi qu’avec le manque d’intérêt dont il fait l’objet. En effet, la majorité des touristes se dirigent vers la wilaya de Sétif en raison de la disponibilité de l’ensemble des infrastructures touristiques, ce qui rend nécessaire la dynamisation et la promotion du secteur du tourisme de montagne afin d’assurer son développement,Cette situation nous conduit donc à proposer un ensemble de solutions adaptées pour surmonter les difficultés et promouvoir le secteur touristique. Cela passe notamment par l’intégration du tourisme de montagne aux autres formes de tourisme, dans le but de modifier la perception touristique dominante et de valoriser davantage ce type de tourisme, en particulier dans la ville de Babor. Une telle démarche permettrait de développer l’activité touristique de la région conformément aux exigences actuelles du tourisme, tout en renforçant les infrastructures capables d’attirer davantage de visiteurs,Enfin, les recommandations et propositions formulées constituent une modeste tentative visant à promouvoir une autre forme de tourisme, à savoir le tourisme de montagne dans la wilaya de Sétif, dont le principal pôle serait la commune de Babor. | |
