Abstract

The publication "Lessons in Organization Theory Supported by Case Studies and Application Questions" aims to clarify the contents of this subject studied by Master's 1 students specializing in Human Resource Management. This subject represents the foundational basis for building theoretical knowledge about the organization, how it functions, and the role of human resources within it. This was addressed through the presentation of numerous theories, including management theories that provided an understanding of the dynamics of its internal operations. Economic theories, on the other hand, focused on the relationship between the organization and the market, while strategic analysis theories emerged to highlight the sources of the organization's strength that enable it to achieve its survival goals—all without neglecting the criticisms directed at these various theories
