| dc.description | العمل من الأولويات المهمة في حياتنا اليومية. مع مرور الوقت، مرت بتطور كبير خاصة في الأماكن المخصصة وأساليب العمل. بعد وباء كورونا، ظهرت أشكال جديدة من العمل، مثل العمل عن بعد والعمل الحر، والتي رافقتها الجزائر بقوانين وآليات تشجع على الابتكار والإبداع. وقد ساهم ذلك في ظهور المشاريع الناشئة في هذا العمل، سنتناول هذه الأشكال الجديدة من العمل من أجل تصميم مساحات تتكيف مع طبيعة العمل أولا من خلال التطرق لتطور العمل في الجزائر في التاريخ وتكييف أماكن العمل مع التغيرات الجديدة ثم استكشفنا المفاهيم المتعلقة بكل نوع من أنواع العمل والمتطلبات الفنية التي تنطوي عليها والتكيفات التي عرفتها هذه الأماكن من أجل مواكبة تطورات قطاع التعليم الثالث. وأخيرا، قمنا بتحليل أمثلة في سياقات مشابهة للمشروع المقترح لترسيخ مشروعنا في واقعنا، أجرينا تحقيقا جوهريًا لأربعة أماكن عمل في سطيف، وحشدنا أنماطًا مختلفة من التحقيق (المقابلات والاستبيانات والملاحظات). وأتاح ذلك تحديد الاحتياجات الخاصة للعمال الجزائريين وعلاقاتهم بأماكن العمل التي يعملون فيها فكرة المشروع الذي اقترحناه من خلال هذا العمل هي التكيف مع طبيعة العمل الذي تم تصميم المبنى من أجله، وهذا ما يجعلنا نفكر في جعل المبنى مرنًا حتى يتمكن مستخدموه من التحكم بسهولة في المساحات وتعديلها وفقًا لاحتياجاتهم. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Work is an important priority in our daily lives. Over time, it has undergone a great evolution, especially in dedicated places and working methods. After the COVID-19 pandemic, new forms of work have emerged, such as remote work and self-employment, which Algeria has accompanied with laws and mechanisms that encourage innovation and creativity. This has contributed to the emergence of start-ups.In this work, we will address these new forms of work in order to design spaces adapted to the nature of work. First by dealing with the evolution of work in Algeria in history and the adaptation of workplaces to new changes. Then, we explored the concepts related to each type of work, the technical requirements they imply as well as the adaptations that have accompanied the evolutions of the tertiary sector. Finally, we analyzed examples in contexts similar to the proposed project. To anchor our project in our realities, we conducted a substantial survey of four workplaces in Setif, mobilizing different modes of investigation (interviews, questionnaires, observations). This made it possible to identify the specific needs of Algerian workers, and their relations with the workplaces in which they work. The idea of the proposed project is modular equipment, which adapts to the nature of the work for which the building is designed, leading to design a versatile and flexible building, in which users can control the spaces and modify them according to their needs. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Le travail est une priorité importante dans nos vies quotidiennes. Au cours du temps, il a connu une grande évolution notamment dans les lieux dédiés et les modes de travail. Après la pandémie de COVID-19, de nouvelles formes de travail ont émergé, telles que le travail à distance et le travail indépendant, ce que l’Algérie a accompagné par des lois et des mécanismes qui encourageant l'innovation et la créativité. Cela a contribué à l'émergence de start-up. Dans ce travail, nous aborderons ces nouvelles formes de travail afin de concevoir des espaces adaptés à la nature du travail. D’abord en traitant l'évolution du travail en Algérie dans l'histoire et l’adaptation des lieux de travail aux nouveaux changements. Ensuite, nous avons exploré les concepts liés à chaque type de travail, les exigences techniques qu’ils impliquent ainsi que les adaptations qui ont accompagné les évolutions du secteur tertiaire. Enfin, nous avons analysé des exemples dans des contextes similaires au projet envisagé. Pour ancrer notre projet dans nos réalités, nous avons effectué une enquête conséquente sur quatre lieux de travail à Sétif, en mobilisant des modes d’investigations différents (entretiens, questionnaires, observations). Cela a permis d’identifier les besoins spécifiques des travailleurs algériens, et leurs relations avec les lieux de travail dans lesquels ils exercent. L’idée du projet proposé est équipement modulable, qui s’adapte à la nature du travail pour lequel le bâtiment est conçu, conduisant ainsi à concevoir un bâtiment polyvalent et flexible, dans lequel les utilisateurs peuvent contrôler les espaces et les modifier en fonction de leurs besoins | |
