| dc.description.abstract | Dissolution kinetics is an important element for quality control and performance evaluation of drug products as well as for drug registration and obtaining drug-marketing authorization. The purpose of this work is the realization of the kinetics of dissolution in deferent operating conditions of the ER tablets available on the Algerian market. The biopharmaceutical study made it possible to evaluate the release kinetics of Tegretol and Carbimol. Comparing the dissolution profiles obtained was completed by calculating the factors of similarity. The results obtained indicate that there is no similarity in the dissolution kinetics of the two drugs studied. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | La cinétique de dissolution est un élément important pour le contrôle de qualité et l’évaluation des performances des produits médicamenteux ainsi que pour l’enregistrement du médicament et l’obtention de l’autorisation de mise sur le marché du médicament. Le but de ce travail est la réalisation des cinétiques de dissolution dans déférentes conditions opératoires des comprimés LP disponibles au niveau du marché algérien. L’étude biopharmaceutique a permis d’évaluer la cinétique de libération du Tégrétol et Carbimol. La comparaison des profils de dissolution obtenus a été compléter par le calcul des facteurs de similarités. Les résultats obtenus indiquent qu’il n y’a pas de similitude de cinétique de dissolution des deux médicaments étudiés. | |
