| dc.description | This study aims at a spatial analysis of health structures and the quality of health services provided in the municipalities of the north-west of the state of Sétif. In order to complete this scientific research, we followed the descriptive approach, which consists of to study the phenomenon as it is actually a question of describing it with precision and of expressing it quantitatively and qualitatively as an extension of the understanding and diagnosis of phenomena. The quantitative description is represented by With regard to the number of structures and the number of medical frames, and we resorted to the use of the mapinfo program in the preparation of the maps and the questionnaire tool in the field study in order to analyze and process the data, and thus we have concluded that health coveragevaries and varies from different levels, and it becomes clear to us that there are significant differences in the distribution of the structures of its health as well as supervision Thus, the quality of the health services provided is not at the level required in the mountain communes. | |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحليل المجالي للهياكل الصحية ونوعية الخدمات الصحية المقدمة على مستوى بلديات الشمال الغربي لولاية سطيف. ولإنجاز هذا البحث العلمي، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، باعتباره منهجًا يقوم على دراسة الظاهرة كما هي في الواقع، ووصفها وصفًا دقيقًا، والتعبير عنها كميًا وكيفيًا، بما يسهم في فهم الظواهر وتشخيصها. وقد تمثل الوصف الكمي في دراسة عدد الهياكل الصحية وعدد أفراد التأطير الطبي،كما تم الاعتماد على برنامج MapInfo في إعداد الخرائط، إضافة إلى أداة الاستبيان في الدراسة الميدانية، بهدف تحليل المعطيات ومعالجتها،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تباين واضح في مستويات التغطية الصحية بين البلديات المدروسة، حيث تبين وجود فروقات كبيرة في توزيع الهياكل الصحية والتأطير الطبي، الأمر الذي انعكس على نوعية الخدمات الصحية المقدمة، والتي لا تزال دون المستوى المطلوب، خاصة في البلديات الجبلية. | |
