| dc.description | يهدف هذا العمل إلى إجراء تحليل بيئي لتحديد الإشكالات البيئية في الوسط الحضري، ثم اقتراح مشروع حضري يُسهم في تحقيق الانتقال البيئي داخل المدينة. وقد أظهرت النتائج الأولى للقراءة التحليلية غياب المبادئ البيئية في المدينة بشكل واضح. ويتجلى هذا النقص خاصة في قلة المساحات الخضراء، وسوء تسيير موارد الطاقة، إضافة إلى ضعف النظافة الحضرية الناتج عن مختلف أشكال التلوث،وقد أدى هذا الوضع إلى التأثير سلبًا على عمل النظم البيئية، وتدهور البيئة، وانخفاض جودة حياة المواطنين. انطلقت الدراسة التحليلية من مدينة سطيف، ثم انتقلت إلى حي 1000 مسكن، حيث تم إعداد مخطط تهيئة لهذا الحي. وفي النهاية، يتمثل الهدف من هذا العمل في إضفاء طابع جديد على الحي في إطار مشروع حضري يضمن الانتقال البيئي للحي المعني ومدينة سطيف ككل، وذلك بالاعتماد على مبادئ الإيكولوجيا الحضرية (البيئة الحضرية). | |
| dc.description.abstract | L’objectif de ce travail est de faire une analyse environnementale pour identifier les problématiques écologique dans le milieu urbain puis de proposer un projet urbain qui va servir pour la transition écologique dans la ville,Les premiers résultats de la lecture analytique a montré que les principes écologiques sont absents dans la ville. Le manque est flagrant en termes d’espaces verts des énergies mal géré,ainsi qu’une hygiène urbaine absente causée par une pollution de divers types. En conséquence, cette situation a alerté le fonctionnement des écosystèmes, la dégradation de l’environnement et de la qualité de vie des citoyens. L’analyse a commencé par la ville de Sétif puis sur le quartier des 1000 logements, ainsi un plan d’aménagement a été réalisé sur ce quartier. En définitif, le but de ce travail est de donner un nouvel aspect pour le quartier dans le cadred’un projet urbain afin d’assurer une transition écologique du quartier en question et de laville de Sétif par la suite, en faisant appel à l’écologie urbaine. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The objective of this work is to carry out an environmental analysis to identify the ecological issues in the urban environment and then to propose an urban project that will be used for the ecological transition in the city. The first results of analytical reading showed that ecological principles are absent in the city. The lack is glaring in terms of green spaces of poorly managed energies, as well as lack of urban hygiene caused by pollution of various types. As a result, this situation alerted the functioning of ecosystems, the degradation of the environment and the quality of citizens' life.
