Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحليل المجالي لهياكل العلاج ومدى التأطير الطبي بالإضافة إلى نوعية الخدمات الصحية المقدمة في منطقة السهول العليا لولاية سطيف، ولإنجاز هذا العمل اعتمدنا على المنهج التاريخي حيث تحدثنا عن السياسة الصحية في الج ا زئر منذ الاستقلال إلى سنة 2014 ؛ المنهج في إعداد ARCGIS الوصفي من اجل وصف الد ا رسة وصفا دقيقا، بالإضافة إلى استعمال برنامج الخرائط؛ وفي الدراسة الميدانية تم الاستعانة بالاستبيان من اجل تحليل ومناقشة النتائج المحصل عليها.وبالتالي توصلنا الى وجود تباين في توزيع هياكل العلاج و مستوى التأطير الطبي ،وعليه وجود نقائص في مستوى الخدمات الصحية المقدمة و عدم رقيها إلى المستوى المطلوب.
Description
This study aims to examine the distribution of healthcare facilities, the availability of medical personnel, and the quality of healthcare services provided in the High Plains region of Sétif. To achieve this objective, the study reviewed the evolution of Algeria's healthcare policy from independence until 2014 using a descriptive approach. In addition, the ArcGIS software was employed to produce thematic maps illustrating the spatial distribution of healthcare facilities and medical staff. A field survey based on a questionnaire was also conducted to analyze and discuss the obtained results. The findings revealed significant disparities in the distribution of medical personnel across the study area, as well as shortcomings in the quality and accessibility of healthcare services, indicating that they do not meet the required standards.
