| dc.description.abstract | Pregnancy is a sensitive period that requires close monitoring of physiological functions, particularly liver and kidney functions. This retrospective study examined 500 cases of high-riskpregnantwomen admitted to the "High-Risk Pregnancy" unit at the Mother and Child Hospital in Sétif between2020 and February 2025. The aim was to assess changes in liver (ALAT, ASAT, albumin) andkidney(creatinine, urea, uric acid) functions, taking into account several distribution parameters suchasage, geographic region, number of deliveries and miscarriages, pregnancy period, associated diseases, andannual distribution. The results showed that women aged between 25 and 35 years were themostvulnerable. Significant biological disturbances were observed among patients with hypertensionordiabetes, such as elevated liver enzymes, low albumin levels, and high uric acid levels, in additiontoisolated cases of electrolyte imbalances and a slight decrease in creatinine clearance. This studyhighlightsthe importance of regular and multidimensional biological monitoring of liver and kidney functionsinhigh-risk pregnant women to ensure early and effective medical care. | |

Cette étude rétrospective a porté sur 500femmesenceintes à risque admises au service de « Grossesse à haut risque » de l’Hôpital Mère-Enfant deSétifentre 2020 et février 2025. Elle visait à évaluer les altérations des fonctions hépatiques (ALAT, ASAT, albumine) et rénales (créatinine, urée, acide urique), en tenant compte de plusieurs paramètresderépartition : l’âge, la région d’origine, le nombre d’accouchements et d’avortements, la périodedegrossesse, les maladies associées, ainsi qu’une répartition annuelle. Les résultats ont montréunevulnérabilité accrue chez les femmes âgées de 25 à 35 ans, avec des perturbations biologiques notablesliées à l’hypertension artérielle et au diabète, telles qu’une élévation des enzymes hépatiques, unehypoalbuminémie et une hyperuricémie. Des cas isolés de troubles électrolytiques et une légère baissedela clairance de la créatinine ont également été observés. Cette étude souligne l’importance d’unsuivibiologique régulier et multidimensionnel des fonctions hépatiques et rénales chez les femmes enceintesàrisque, afin d’assurer une prise en charge précoce et efficace. | |
