| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this thesis is the theoretical and practical study of impacted upper central incisors. This thesis comprises five parts. The first part begins with general information on dental eruption, including detailed definitions and a review of the embryology and histology of the upper central incisor. The eruption pathologies and the local and general etiologies of these dental impactions are then addressed. The third part details the diagnostic techniques for impacted and retained upper central incisors. The fourth and fifth parts conclude with treatment and therapeutic strategies. The practical study consists of the complete management of a clinical case requiring multidisciplinary collaboration, with the aim of gathering information and establishing an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | L’objectif de ce mémoire est l’étude théorique et pratique de l’inclusion de l’incisive centrale supérieure. Ce mémoire comporte cinq parties, on a entamé la première partie par des généralités sur l’éruption dentaire et des définitions détaillées et des rappels sur l’embryologie et l’histologie de l’incisive centrale supérieure. On a procédé par la suite aux pathologies d’éruption et les étiologies locales et générales de ces inclusions dentaires. A la troisième partie, on a détaillé les techniques de diagnostic des inclusions et des rétentions des incisives centrales supérieures. On a terminé par le traitement et les stratégies thérapeutiques dans la quatrième et la cinquième partie. L’étude pratique consiste en une prise en charge totale d’un cas clinique nécessitant une collaboration pluridisciplinaire, ayant pour but le recueil d’informations, et l’attribution d’un diagnostic et un traitement approprié | |
