Abstract
A Photovoltaic technology is an actual domain of research. Tin sulfide (SnS) thin films were prepared by the spray technique on glass and ITO substrates to form a pn (ZnO(n)-SnS(p)) heterojunction.
The structural, optical and electrical characterizations show a good quality of the cells thus produced following the cost depending on the deposition technique used. A very good light absorbance is obtained following the use with SnS whose Gap of 1.35 eV for layers deposited for 9 min at T = 500°C. the yield of the cell obtained is equal to 7.32%
A collected current in the order of miliampere from these cells and a model of five parameters with the calculated parameters (Is=3.9 pA, Rs= 15.71 Ω, G =9.1×10-6 Ω-1 n=1.61, IPH=0.137 μA) by the quasi-Newton optimization method
