Abstract
تهدف دراسة مؤشرات التنمية البشرية في المدن المتوسطة الى تحسين مستويات المعيشة لدى السكان من رفع المستوى الصحي والمستوى التعليمي و تحليل تباين الدخل الفردي وبدا الاهتمام بها بشكل واضح مباشرة مع ظهور مفهوم التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر بصفة عامة و ولاية سطيف بصفة خاصة اخذت التنمية البشرية مجال اهتمام صناع القرار بشكل كبير الشيء الذي جعلنا نلاحظ محاولات لتحسين و رفع مستويات التنمية البشرية
في المدن خاصة المتوسطة والتي قمنا بدراسة نموذج منها وهي مدينة عين ولمان توصلنا من خلال الدراسة التي قمنا بها لمعرفة المستوى المعيشي للفرد من خدمات ومستوى التعليم والرعاية الصحية والدخل الفردي هذا ما دفع بنا لتحديد ومعرفة مستوى التنمية البشرية واهم العوامل المؤثرة في مختلف قطاعات مدينة عين ولمان متبعة المنهج التحليلي الوصفي حيث توصلنا الى ان مستوى التنمية البشرية منخفض من خلال عامل التعليم والصحة والدخل الفردي هذا ما تطلب جهودا لتطوير المناهج المتبعة بغية الوصول الى تطوير شامل في مؤشرات التنمية البشرية.
Description
The study of human development indicators in medium-sized cities aims to improve the living standards of the population by raising the health level and educational level and analyzing the disparity of individual income, and attention to it clearly began directly with the emergence of the concept of sustainable development In Algeria in general and the state of Setif in particular, human development has taken the field of attention of decision makers greatly, which made us notice attempts to improve and raise the levels of human development in medium-sized cities, especially
which we studied a model of, namely, the city of Ain Wolman Through the study that we conducted, we came to know the standard of living per capita in terms of services, the level of education, health care and per capita income, this is what prompted me to identify and know the level of human development and the most important factors affecting the various sectors of the city of Ain Wolman, following the descriptive analytical approach, where I came to the conclusion that the level of human development is low through the factor of education, health and per capita income, this is what required efforts to develop the approaches followed in order to reach comprehensive development in human development indicators.
