| dc.description | هذه دراسة وصفية بأثر رجعي لـ 84طفلاً مصابًا بالهيموفيليا. في الفئة العمرية من [ 2إلى ]16سنة. الهيموفيليا Aأكثر شيوعا بست مرات من الهيموفيليا Bمنها الشكل الحاد ويمثل (% )76و(% )19.04على التوالي، والشكل المعتدل وجدت فقط في الهيموفيليا .Aظروف الاكتشاف : النزيف والتحقيق العائلي واكتشاف الصدفة. للعلاج، يتم اعتماد العلاج الوقائي القياسي والدائم في العوامل المضادة الهيموفيليا. توفيت حالة واحدة فقط من الهيموفيليا الحادة Aبسبب نزيف الجهاز العصبي المركزي | |
| dc.description.abstract | This is a retrospective descriptive study of 84 male children with hemophilia. In the varied age of [2 to 16] years. Hemophilia A is 6 times more common than hemophilia B, of which the severe form represents (76%) and (19.04%) respectively, and the moderate form found only in hemophilia A. The circumstances of discovery were bleeding, family investigation and chance discovery. For treatment, standard prophylaxis adopted and permanent in anti factors hemophilic. Only one case of severe hemophilia A died due to CNS hemorrhage. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | C’est une étude descriptive rétrospective portant sur 84 enfants hémophiles du sexe masculin dans l’âge varié de [2 à 16] ans. L'hémophilie A est 6 fois plus fréquente que l'hémophilie B, dont la forme sévère représente (76%) et (19,04%) respectivement, et la forme modérée retrouvée seulement dans l'hémophilie A. Les circonstances de découverte étaient des saignements, de l’enquête familiale et de la découverte fortuite. Pour le traitement, une prophylaxie standard adoptée et permanent en facteurs anti hémophilique. Un seul cas d'hémophile A sévère est décédé à cause d'une hémorragie du SNC. | |
