| dc.description.abstract | Anticoagulants are essential drugs for preventing and stopping the formation of blood clots. However, their use is delicate due to the risks of thromboembolic and hemorrhagic complications. This thesis assesses patient adherence to anticoagulants using a questionnaire distributed to these patients among the general public. The results revealed a discrepancy between patients' perception and their actual understanding of anticoagulants, making their management more challenging. Recommendations are proposed to enhance therapeutic education and follow-up of this high-risk population. | |

Cependant, leur utilisation est délicate en raison des risques de complications thromboemboliques et hémorragiques. Ce mémoire évalue l'observance des patients sous anticoagulants à l'aide d'un questionnaire destiné à ces patients parmi le grand public. Les résultats ont révélé une discordance entre la perception des patients et leur véritable compréhension des anticoagulants, rendant leur prise en charge plus difficile.
