Conception d’un MODEM de la quatrième génération (4G) des réseaux de mobiles à base de la technologie MC-CDMA.

Abstract

The evolution of different generations of digital mobile networks (2G, 3G and 4G) has the effect of increasing, exponentially, the number of applications and associated potential services. The 4th generation (4G) is the successor of 3G and 2G. It allows the "mobile broadband" with data transmissions theoretical speeds above 100 Mb / s. These rates would in practice be of the order of several tens of Mb / s, depending on the number of users since the bandwidth is shared between the terminals of active users in the same radio cell. In this paper we studied the multi carrier MC-CDMA systems to design a modem for mobile networks of the 4th generation. As the performance of a mobile network based on the selected modulation and appropriate coding; our work was devoted to the study of the performance of MC-CDMA system in different channels (Gaussian, Rayleigh and Rice )with the new proposed method for channel coding by combination in cascade of both Turbo Code and LDPC codes. Concerning the effect of PAPR, we proposed a new method to reduce its effect.
