Abstract

The microscope has almost become indispensable in all areas of scientific research. Improving its performance is of crucial importance in the technical field. With this in mind, we took charge of the design and production of a sample holder for an optical microscope. The stage is an essential element in the microscope, allowing the sample to be held in place during observation. The choice of materials, as well as the standard construction elements, was made with caution. To achieve an optimal design, we used the 3D modeling software SolidWorks.
