| dc.description.abstract | In a context of rapid urban change and fragmented public spaces, this project explores the possibility of creating a new urban centrality on the CFA site in Setif , as part of a broader urban regeneration strategy .Through an in-depth analysis of the area its potential, constraints, and urban role we have developed an integrated urban strategy based on spatial openness , functional and social diversity , preservation of existing natural elements , and better integration into the surrounding urban fabric .The goal is clear: to transform a previously isolated space into a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable place that can help revitalize the entire northeastern part of the city. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Dans un contexte de mutation urbaine rapide et de fragmentation des espaces publics, ce projet explore la possibilité de créer une nouvelle centralité urbaine au niveau du site du CFA à Sétif, dans une démarche de régénération globale du quartier. À travers une analyse approfondie du site et ses atouts, ses limites et son potentiel, nous avons proposé une stratégie urbaine intégrée, basée sur l’ouverture spatiale, la mixité sociale et fonctionnelle, la valorisation du naturel existant, et l’intégration progressive dans le tissu urbain environnant. L’objectif est clair : transformer un espace longtemps isolé en un lieu vivant, attractif et durable, capable de redynamiser toute la zone nord-est de la ville. | |
