| dc.description | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الإبداع الإداري في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة سونلغاز-باتنة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم استمارة استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة قدرها 30 فرد، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الأنسب لمثل هذه الدراسات، كما تم استخدام برنامج Spss لمعالجة تلك البيانات المجمعة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإبداع الإداري يحتل مكانة هامة في مؤسسة سونلغاز-باتنة، وأن موظفي مؤسسة سونلغاز-باتنة يؤدون مستوى أداء يتناسب مع المهام الموكلة إليهم، وأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة معنوية للإبداع الإداري في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي في مؤسسة سونلغاز-باتنة. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The study aims to highlight the role of administrative creativity in improving job performance through a filed study at the Sonelgaz in Batna to achieve this objective, a questionnaire was designed as a tool for collecting data from a sample of 30 individuals, The study relied on the descriptive approach as the most approptiate method for such studies. The Spss Statistique program was also used to analyze the collection data. The study concluded that administrative creativity occupies an important position at the Sonelgaz in Batna, the employees perform at a level of performance commensurate with the tasks assignes to them, and that there is a statistically significant effect of administrative creativity on improving job performance at the Sonelgaz in Batna. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Cette étude vise à mettre en lumière le role de la créativité administrative dans l’amélioration de la Perfermance professionnelle, a travers une étude de terrain menée au niveau de l’entreprise Sonelgaz-Batna. Pour ce faire, un questionnaire a été conçu comme outil de collecte de données auprès d’un échantillon de 30 individus. L’étude a adopté l’approche descriptive, jugée la plus appropriée pour ce type de recherche. Le logiciel SPSS a également été utilisé pour le traitement des données recueilles. L’étude conclut que la créativité administrative occupe une place importante au sein de Sonelgaz-Batna, que les employés de cette entreprise atteignent un niveau de Perfermance adapte aux tâches qui leur confiées et que la créativité a un impact statistique significatif sur l’amélioration de la Perfermance au travail au sein de Sonelgaz-Batna. | |
