This dissertations addresses the rehabilitation of a real estate development in Sétif, Algeria, by adopting the "Green Tech Living" concept. The objective is to modernize the infrastructure, improve energy efficiency, and create sustainable living spaces. The project aims to serve as a model of sustainable development for the wilaya of Sétif, by integrating green technologies and modern concepts for an environmentally friendly and resident-focused living environment
