Abstract
In order to master the stamping and shaping process of metalsheetsWewereasked to make a global study of twosheetsintended for stamping at the company ATLAS of Sétif. This studymainlyconcernsitschemical composition, its surface condition, its plastic behaviour, the determination of the differentparameters of the material and the comparisonbetween the twosheetsstudied. After an overallanalysis of all the resultsobtained, wepresented suggestions for overcoming certain obstacles to the stampingoperation.

من أجل إتقان عملية ختم وتشكيل الصفائح المعدنية، ُطلب منا إجراء دراسة عامة لصفيحتين مخصصتينللختم في شركة أطلس سطيف. تتعلق هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي بتركيبها الكيميائي، وحالتها السطحية، وسلوكها البالستيكي، وتحديد المعايير المختلفة للمادة والمقارنة بين الصفيحتين المدروستين. بعد تحليلشامل لجميع النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها، قدمنا اقتراحات للتغلب على بعض العقبات التي تعترضعملية الختم.
