Abstract

This work highlights the growing role of genomics in the prevention of breast cancer, one of the most common cancers among women. By analyzing genetic mutations such as BRCA1 and BRCA2, it is now possible to identify individuals at high risk and offer targeted monitoring and tailored preventive measures. Advances in genomics also provide a deeper understanding of the disease mechanisms, contributing to improved early detection, diagnosis, and personalized care. This approach represents a significant step toward more precise and effective preventive medicine.
