| dc.description | Bosentanهو عالج محدد الرتفاع ضغط الدم الشرياني الرئوي ، الذي يستهدف مستقبالت من نوع اإلندوتيلين A / Bوقد أظهر هذا المنتج فعالية ملحوظة في عالج ارتفاع ضغط الدم الشرياني الرئوي في مختلف الدراسات .نحن نبلغ في هذا العمل عن تجربة قسم أمراض القلب في سطيف على مدى فترة من ديسمبر 9102حتى مارس 9191 هدف الهدف من هذه الدراسة متابعة فعالية الدواء ومتابعة عالج المرضى الذين يعانون من ارتفاع الضغط الشرياني على مستوى الرئتين لمدة 01يوما طريقة المجموعة المدروسة متكونة من 01حالة مؤكدة وتعالج بالدواء المذكور تتراوح أعمارهم بين 2الى 64سنة خاتمة استعمال هذا الدواء طريقة عالجية صحيحة بالنسبة لألشخاص الذين يعانون من ارتفاع الضغط , و بالرغم من نسبة الاصابات الملحوظة , الا ان البوزونتو يمكن من تحسين جودة حياة المرضى | |
| dc.description.abstract | Issue: Bosentan is a specific treatment for pulmonary arterial hypertension, which targets endothelin type A / B receptors. This product has shown remarkable efficacy in the treatment of PAH in various studies. We report in this retrospective work the experience of the CHU cardiology service of Sétif over a period from December 2019 to March 2020. Goal : The aim of our study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Bosentan and of the treatment followup after 30 days of taking in the management of patients with PAH and treated with Bosentan. Method: The study population consists of 16 patients with confirmed PAH and treated with Bosentan, with an age range varying between 9 and 46 years. Conclusion: The use of Bosentan is a valid therapeutic option in patients with PAH. Despite the remarquable frequency of HTAP , BOSENTAN improves the quality of life of patients | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Problématique : Le Bosentan est un traitement spécifique de l’hypertension artérielle pulmonaire, qui cible les récepteurs de l’endothéline type A/B . Ce produit a démontré une efficacité remarquable dans le traitement de l’HTAP dans différentes études. Nous rapportons dans ce travail rétrospectif l’expérience du service de cardiologie CHU de Sétif sur une période allant de Décembre 2019 jusqu’au Mars 2020. Objectif : le but de notre étude est d’évaluer l’efficacité du Bosentan et du suivi du traitement après 30 jours de prise dans la prise en charge des patients ayant une HTAP et traité par le Bosentan . Méthode : La population étudié se compose de 16 patients présentent une HTAP confirmé et traité par le Bosentan , ont une tranche d’age qui varie entre 9 ans et 46 ans . Conclusion : L’utilisation du Bosentan est une option thérapeutique valable chez les patients ayant une HTAP. Malgré la fréquence remarquable de l’HTAP, le Bosentan améliore la qualité de vie des patients. | |
