| dc.description | يعرض البحث التصنيف النباتي،البنية،ظروف الزراعة،والتوزيع الجغرافي لهذا النوع،مع التركيز على إدخاله و تكيفه في الجزائر .تُظهر النتائج التجريبية احتواءه العالي على البروتينات والمعادن )الكالسيوم،الحديد، البوتاسيوم (،بالإضافة إلى المركبات الفينولية والفلافونويدات ،وكذلك مردود جيد من الزيت قد يصل إلى 45 ٪حسب طريقة الاستخلاص. تُستغل مختلف أجزاء النبات — الأوراق،البذور،الجذور،والزيت — لخصائصها المضادة للأكسدة ،والمضادة للسكري ،والمضادة للسرطان ،والمضادة للميكروبات ، مما يفتح آفاقًا واعدة في علاج الأمراض المزمنة و الوقاية من سوء حلا طبيعيًا واعدًا يجمع بين الفوائد العلاجية والاقتصادية ،خصوصًا في Moringa oleifera التغذية .في الختام ، تُعد المناطق الجافة من جنوب الجزائر | |
| dc.description.abstract | This workpresents a detailed bibliographic review of Moringa oleifera, a plant species native to India, nowcultivated in many tropical and subtropical regions. Known for itsnutritional, medicinal, and ecologicalqualities, this plant isattractinggrowinginterest in the fields of health, sustainable agriculture, and the agro-foodindustry. The thesisoutlines the species’ botanical classification, morphology, cultivation conditions, and geographic distribution, withspecial focus on its introduction and adaptation in Algeria. Experimental fin dingshighlightitshigh content of proteins, minerals (calcium, iron, potassium), phenolic compounds and flavonoids, as well as a good oilyieldthatcanreach up to 45% depending on the extraction method. Various parts of the plant — leaves, seeds, roots, oil — are valued for theirantioxidant, antidiabetic, anticancer, and antimicrobialproperties, offeringpromising perspectives for the treatment of chronicdiseases and malnutrition prevention. In conclusion, Moringa oleifera stands out as a promisingnatural solution with both therapeutic and socioeconomic potential, especially in the arid regions of southern Algeria. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Ce travail présente une synthèse bibliographique approfondie sur Moringa oleifera, une espèce végétale originaire de l’Inde, aujourd’hui cultivée dans de nombreuses régions tropicales et subtropicales. Reconnue pour ses qualités nutritionnelles, médicinales et écologiques, cette plante suscite un intérêt croissant dans les domaines de la santé, de l’agriculture durable et de l’industrie agroalimentaire. Le mémoire détaille la classification botanique, la morphologie, les conditions de culture et la répartition géographique de l’espèce, en mettant un accent particulier sur son introduction et son adaptation en Algérie. Les résultats expérimentaux rapportés montrent une composition remarquable en protéines, minéraux (calcium, fer, potassium), composés phénoliques et flavonoïdes, ainsi qu’un bon rendement en huile, qui peut atteindre 45 % selon la méthode d’extraction utilisée. Les différentes parties de la plante — feuilles, graines, racines, huile — sont valorisées pour leurs propriétés antioxydantes, antidiabétiques, anticancéreuses et antimicrobiennes, offrant ainsi des perspectives intéressantes dans le traitement de certaines pathologies chroniques et dans la prévention de la malnutrition. Enfin, Moringa oleifera apparaît comme une solution naturelle prometteuse, alliant potentiel thérapeutique et intérêt socio-économique, notamment pour les régions arides du sud algérien. | |
