| dc.description | الفطور الجلدية من أصل انتروبوفيلي، هي داء فطري سطحي ينتقل من إنسان إلى آخر ويصيب الجلد والأظافر والشعر، ولها انتشار عالمي. يعتمد المرضى بهذا الداء على زيارة الصيدلي بالدرجة الاولى للإجابة عن أسئلتهم وتزويدهم بالنصائح الازمة لضمان الشفاء التام. للتأكد من صحة ذلك، قمنا بإجراء استجواب سري ل 81صيدلية منتشرة في ولايتي ميلة وبرج بوعريريج، بهدف تحديد دور الصيدلي وتقييم مستوى الاهتمام بهذه الحالات. ومنه، فقد قمنا بصياغة استبيان وتوزيعه على الصيدليات، بحيث تحصلنا على %85كمعدل استجابة. لقد كشفت دراستنا عن أهمية الدور الذي يلعبه الصيدلاني، ولكن ايضا عن النقص الكبير في تقديم النصائح على مستوى الصيدلية. ولهذا، فقد فكرنا في تطوير دليل عن الفطور الجلدية لتحسين علاجها وبالتالي منع او الحد من حدوث انتكاسات | |
| dc.description.abstract | Dermatophytosis of anthropophilic origin are cosmopolitan superficial mycosis transmitted from human to human. They are caused by dermatophytes that affect the skin, nails and the hair. Pharmacists are mainly consulted by these patients in order to answer their questions and provide them with the necessary advice to ensure a complete cure. For this purpose, we conducted a survey in pharmacies with the aim of highlighting the role of the pharmacist and assessing the level of management of these conditions. This is an anonymous survey of 81 pharmacies in the districts of BBA and MILA. In this regard, we have prepared an inquiry form that we distributed to pharmacies and obtained a response rate of 85%. Our study revealed the importance of the role that pharmacists play, but also the lack of advice that they should provide at the pharmacy level. Therefore, we have thought about the development of a guide which will make it easier to improve the management of dermatophytosis in pharmacies and thus prevent relapses and limit further recurrences. | |

Elles sont provoquées par des dermatophytes qui affectent la peau, les ongles et les cheveux. Le pharmacien est sollicité, dans un premier lieu, par ces patients afin de répondre à leurs questions et leur fournir des conseils nécessaires pour assurer une guérison complète. Pour cela nous avons réalisé une enquête au niveau des pharmacies ayant pour objectifs de dégager le rôle du pharmacien d’officine, et évaluer le niveau de la prise en charge de ces affections. Il s’agit d’une enquête anonyme auprès de 81 pharmacies réparties sur les wilayas de BBA et MILA. À cet effet, nous avons formulé un questionnaire que nous l’avons distribué au niveau des pharmacies et avons obtenu un taux de réponses de 85%. Notre étude a dévoilé l’importance du rôle que joue le pharmacien, mais aussi le manque du conseil qu’il doit fournir au niveau de l’officine. Pour cela, nous avons pensé à l’élaboration d’un guide sur les dermatophytoses, qui permettra d’améliorer leur prise en charge et donc de lutter contre les rechutes et de limiter les récidives | |
