Contribution à l'étude géologique du gisement de félsite d'Ain Barbar (Massif de l'Edough, NE Algérien)

Abstract

The Ain-Barbar region is located in the northern part of the Edough Mountains, NE of the city of Annaba, characterized by Miocene age intrusions into felsic and numidian flyshes massylian and numidian dykes, which are represented by felsic and microgranite dykes and polymetallic veins that intersect the felsic and microgranite intrusions perpendicularly. The purpose of this thesis is to study the geology of Ain-Barbar and the placement of the felsic dyke, and to know the nature of the dyke and its chemical composition through petrographic and geochemical studies, and a gitological study to highlight the relationship of these rhyolites with polymetallic mineralizations and a valuation study for a profitable mining project.
