| dc.description | ملخص: بالقرب من المسطح المائي الاصطناعي لسد بني هارون، ولدت فكرة انجاز مشروع سياحي ترفيهي و رياضي، يستغل المسطح في هذا كله، بعد أن رخصت الدولة استغلال المسطحات المائية في الاستثمار، طبعا بشروط صارمة للحفاظ على النظام البيئي و الطبيعة المحيطة، فكان السؤال أي نوع من المشاريع يمكن ان يلبي هذه الرغبة و يستجيب لهذه الشروط؟ فكان اول ما يتبادر الى الذهن هي الاستدامة، خاصة في ظل التوجه العالمي و المنادي بها في كل مجال، و كانت الفكرة التي تحقق استغلال ماء المسطح للترفيه و الرياضة، و لم لا السياحة عبر استغلال الخليط الطبيعي من هذا النظام البئي المتوفر، عبر تطويره و دمجه في المشروع و ذلك بتنمية الطبيعة حوله و محاولة استعمال مواد بنا صديقة للبيئة و محافظة عليها و استغلال الماء في المنظر و المسمع و الاستنشاق ، و ذلك بعد دراسة نظرية من مختلف الجوانب و استنتاج ملخص لتوصيات يمكن الاعتماد عليها للبناء في الطبيعة و الخروج بمشروع سياحي مستدام | |
| dc.description.abstract | Near the artificial water body of the Bani Haroun Dam, the idea of completing a recreational and sports tourism project was born, exploiting the surface in all this, after the state licensed the exploitation of water bodies in investment, of course under strict conditions to preserve the ecosystem and the surrounding nature, so the question was what kind of project can meet this desire and respond to these conditions?
