| dc.description | وقد أُجري مسح في ولاية سطيف من أجل تقييم التغطية التلقيحية عبر ثلاث مؤسسات صحية: المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بسطيف، المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بعين الكبيرة، ومصلحة الصحة المدرسية. تناولت الدراسة عدة لقاحات موصى بها، ولا سيما تلك المضادة لالتهاب الكبد، وداء الكلب، والتهاب السحايا، والخناق والكزاز، وشلل الأطفال المعطل، والسل. أظهرت النتائج وجود تباين إقليمي ملحوظ حسب المؤسسات واللقاحات. تم تقييم لقاحات التهاب الكبد والخناق والكزاز ولقاح داء الكلب في المؤسسات الصحية الثلاث؛ وقد سُجلت أدنى النسب بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بسطيف لقاح ضد التهاب الكبد "ب" 6 %، الخناق والكزاز 11 %، لقاح داء الكلب 16 % ، في حين كانت النسب أعلى بعين الكبيرة التهاب « الكبد "ب 14 %، الخناق والكزاز 56 %، لقاح داء الكلب 30 %. أما في الصحة المدرسية، فقد بلغت التغطية بلقاح الخناق والكزاز نسبة شبه تامة 99 % في المرحلة الابتدائية والمتوسطة، و 98 % في المرحلة الثانوية، بينما وصلت تغطية ضد السل إلى 60 %. أما لقاحا التهاب السحايا 29 % ولقاح ضد شلل الاطفال 38 % فلم يتم قياسهما إلا على مستوى المؤسسة العمومية للصحة لجوارية بسطيف | |
| dc.description.abstract | A survey was conducted in the wilaya of Sétif to evaluate vaccine coverage through three health structures: the EPSP of Sétif, the EPSP of Ain El Kebira, and the school health service. The study focused on several recommended vaccines, notably those against hepatitis B (HBV), rabies, meningitis, diphtheria-tetanus (DT), inactivated poliomyelitis (IPV), and tuberculosis (BCG). The results show marked regional heterogeneity depending on the structures and vaccines. The HBV, DT, and anti-rabies vaccines were evaluated in the three health structures; the lowest rates were recorded at the EPSP of Sétif (HBV 6%, DT 11%, anti-rabies 16%, whereas in Ain El Kebira, the rates were higher HBV 14%, DT 56%, anti-rabies 30%). In school health, DT coverage was almost complete 99% in primary and middle school, 98% in high school, while BCG coverage reached 60%. The meningitis 29% and IPV 38% vaccines were only measured at the EPSP of Sétif. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Une enquête a été réalisée dans la wilaya de Sétif afin d’évaluer la couverture vaccinale à travers trois structures sanitaires : l’EPSP de Sétif, l’EPSP de Ain El Kebira et le service de santé scolaire. L’étude a porté sur plusieurs vaccins recommandés, notamment ceux contre l’hépatite B (HBV), contre la rage, la méningite, la diphtérie-tétanos (DT), la poliomyélite inactivée (VPI) et la tuberculose (BCG). Les résultats montrent une hétérogénéité régionale marquée selon les structures et les vaccins. Les vaccins HBV, DT et antirabique ont été évalués dans les trois structures sanitaires ; les taux les plus faibles ont été enregistrés à l’EPSP de Sétif (HBV 6 %, DT 11 %, antirabique 16 %), alors qu’à Ain El Kebira, les taux étaient plus élevés (HBV 14 %, DT 56 %, antirabique 30 %). À la santé scolaire, la couverture du DT était presque complète (99 % au primaire et au moyen, 98 % au lycée), tandis que celle du BCG a atteint 60 %. Les vaccins antiméningo (29 %) et VPI (38 %) n’ont été mesurés qu’au niveau de l’EPSP de Sétif. | |
